OINP Immigration Levels Plan (2023-2025)

Important Updates
Ontario Discontinues the Entrepreneur Immigration Stream
Effective November 04, 2024, the Entrepreneur Immigration Stream will be closed. Previously submitted applications will still be processed under revised regulations.
New Requirement: Applicant Consent Form
From February 26, 2024, all OINP applications must include an Application Consent Form, signed by the applicant and their dependents (if applicable). Incomplete forms will result in application rejection.
PTE Core Accepted for English Proficiency
From January 30, 2024, PTE Core will be an accepted test for English language proficiency under OINP.
