If you pay to EKASO-TAKA, it is your right to ask for a receipt for the same. Receipts are issued for all payments made to EKASO-TAKA. Receipt of payments made to EKASO-TAKA is dispatched from our central software. In case of any queries on payments to EKASO-TAKA, email accounts@ekasotaka.com

Payments to EKASO-TAKA staff:

You are warned against paying any further payments to any EKASO-TAKA employee. In case any EKASO-TAKA staff approaches you with a proposal to create your profile or obtain for you any type of document for extra charges, we highly recommend that you report to the management for us to take appropriate action against the employee. Note: we are not responsible if you have entered into any verbal or written contract with a EKASO-TAKA employee or his/her referral. If you have paid for any extra service to any EKASO-TAKA employee, we are not accountable for the outcomes.

Vendors referred by EKASO-TAKA staff:

We highly advise against you using any service from vendors that can be recommended by any EKASO-TAKA employee since this is not approved or recommended by the company and you are at risk of fraud if you engage in the same. We are not liable for any vendors who have been recommended by a EKASO-TAKA employee and we are not responsible for any fees that you have paid to them.

Fraudulent Documentation: 

EKASO-TAKA does not handle cases of fraudulent documentation or information submitted. Your case will be accepted by EKASO-TAKA on the basis of the information you have given, which we presume to be true. EKASO-TAKA will not be held responsible if you have submitted incorrect / misleading / fraudulent documentation or information.

EKASO-TAKA does not provide documentation or any assistance in visa processing. We assume the required documents submitted to us are 100% true and correct.

EKASO-TAKA employees are strictly warned against such illegal acts and must follow EKASO-TAKA company policy. If any employee disobeys company policy, EKASO-TAKA is not liable or responsible for the same as our policy is to accept cases in which information given is 100% true.

To avoid being duped and refused entry into foreign countries, you should bear in mind the following:

1. Do not be deceived by unscrupulous EKASO-TAKA officials into thinking that it is standard practice to present fake documents with your application. The application will be rejected,, and you could be further investigated by Indian authorities. Kindly note that EKASO-TAKA does not undertake any documentation or visa processing for any candidates.
2. Do not trust EKASO-TAKA officers who claim they can affect application processing speed or the ultimate decision in return for money or favor. They can’t. Visa decisions are solely taken by visa officers who have been authorized by the respective nation.
3. Don’t be deceived by scammers claiming to be embassy visa officers. Genuine visa officers don’t receive applicants at their private place of work, and they don’t call you demanding money.
4. Do not be fooled by fake websites designed to look like official government websites or like service delivery partner websites. Always get your visa information from official government websites.
5. Do not get tricked by a job or visa scam. People are being deceived with non-existent overseas job# offers. Kindly consider your decision before you send your money, passport, and personal information. Note: If the job offer is too good to be true, it may be a scam.

Bent staff commonly tells applicants to give false documentation or engage in any convenience arrangement. Don’t be deceived. Your money will be gone. Besides, you will be arrested and you could be denied access to the country you applied for.

The USA, UK, Australia & Canada welcome legitimate visitors, students, and work immigrants. Immigration agencies in these nations will not allow any misuse of the immigration system and have zero tolerance for fraud. Immigration Authorities have highly effective means of identifying fraud and collaborate with global partners, and Indian authorities also follow the same. Where they find fraud, such as fake education and language certificates, the visa will be denied and the applicant will risk a ten-year visa ban as well as possible action by the Indian authorities.

Fraud is an offense against the law in the USA, Australia, Canada, and the UK and may be punishable with very serious punishment for the participants. In the end, responsibility rests with the applicant for a visa application. Furnishing forged documents or providing false information may cost the staff members and the applicant dearly. The applicants should shield themselves against immigration fraud by understanding how individuals attempt to take them for a ride and how their circumstances work.

EKASO-TAKA Management strongly advises you against indulging in any kind of fraud or misrepresentation of your profile.

Please be warned that submitting fraudulent documentation to a visa-issuing authority will result in a minimum 10-year ban from the country.

Jobs:

EKASO-TAKA is a licensed Indian employment agency that services overseas employers and placement agencies. These agencies procure candidates from EKASO-TAKA at a fee. EKASO-TAKA does not assure employment or demand money from applicants for employment. If a EKASO-TAKA worker tries to do this, notify us immediately.

Guarantees:

EKASO-TAKA does not give any job guarantee to any candidate nor a visa. No EKASO-TAKA employee is authorized to do the same. We simply advise and assist candidates for immigration and international careers. Visas are subject to the discretion of the visa officer and immigration department/embassy or consulate. Employment is subject to the employer’s discretion only. Nobody can influence this decision and if an EKASO-TAKA employee assures you the same, please inform us at once.
